Brandon Telesmanic

has been working in real estate in the Central Valley for over a decade. Initially, he started his own property management company which specialized in the acquisition of distressed properties, rehabilitation of these properties and actively renting them out as high-end rentals with varying lengths of stays. Brandon has expanded his specialization into the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial investment properties. He has worked with a variety of clients to achieve their personal and financial goals.

Brandon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Athletic Coaching from the University of California Santa Barbara and a graduate degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA. In his free time, Brandon enjoys swimming, playing on the Central Valley Master’s Water Polo team, and spending time with his wife and three children.
